Roast chicken with lemon and rosemary

Roast chicken with lemon and rosemary is by far one of my favorite recipes. The combination of chicken, lemon and rosemary is extremely tasty and also a combination that can be used whenever you are making something with chicken. Try it out for yourself the next time you are making chicken.

Also, this recipe is so easy. You can combine the ingredients in no time and place it in the oven. An hour later you’ll have a tasty chicken that will bring joy to the whole family.

Ingredients

1 whole chicken
2-3 lemons
Fresh rosemary
1 dl of water
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Wash the chicken and place the chicken on a tray.

Cut the lemons in half and place as many as you can into the chicken together with the rosemary. If there's anything left, just leave then in the tray.

Grind some salt and pepper over the chicken.

Pour the water into the tray.

Cook for a about an hour at 350 degrees (180 degress fahrenheit), or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
