Oven baked omelet

Oven baked omelet

This is the perfect recipe for those special Sundays when you just want to cook something tasty and don’t really care how long it is going to take. Also, an oven baked omelet is a must if you are doing a Sunday breakfast dinner with your family. I myself like to have a variety of different kinds of breakfast food.  Oven baked omelet is an easy recipe to do in the morning, and the best part is that it taste amazing!

Ingredients

6 eggs
1 Onion
1/2 cup (1 dl) mushrooms
1 Garlic clove
1/2 tsp of baking powder
2 oz (0,6 dl) water
salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Wisk the eggs and all the ingredients together and place the mass into an iron (or dish) dish.

Place the dish in a preheated oven, about 385 degrees (200 degrees).

Cook the dish for about 30 minutes. Place a fork into the mass to see if it's cooked all the way through.
