Mashed potatoes are perfect for a bunch of recipes and with good reason – it’s tasty, yummy and a perfect addition to beef.
Mix in a little vegetable stock and the mashed potatoes become even better.
1 kilo potatoes
1 1/2 dl milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Peel the potatoes and cook them in unsalted water.
Set the potatoes aside and let them steam off. Mash the potatoes with a potato masher. Wish the potatoes around with a wooden spoon. Make sure you have a smooth consistency.
Add butter and let it absorb with the potatoes.
turn the head on and add the milk a little at a time.
Season to taste with nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
