Chia Breakfast bowl has been a new adventure for me. It’s delicious, fresh and so easy to make. I make this once a week to spice things up a bit.
You can make it the night before and have it ready for the morning. A perfect breakfast meal if you are looking for something fast and delightful.
I should mention that this is an excellent breakfast recipe if you are looking to lose weight, but even if you are not trying to loose weight this is a tasty recipe to include to your breakfast routines.
